Ingredients:
• 3 cups of all-purpose
• 1/3 cup of granulated sugar

Instructions:

7. Use a slotted spoon to remove the from the oil and drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.
8. In a small pot, combine honey and water and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
9. Add the fried struffoli to the honey mixture and stir everything together until all the dough balls are coated.
10. Remove the struffoli from the honey mixture and place them on a serving platter.
11. Sprinkle the struffoli with colorful sprinkles and/or candied fruit.
12. Serve the struffoli while they are still warm.
