Sathya Sai Baba

Baba was born in Puttaparthi, a small village in Andhra Pradesh, India. He was the second child of his parents and was named Sathyanarayana Raju at birth. His parents were farmers and he was brought up in a religious family. From a young age, Baba showed an interest in spiritual matters and spent a lot of time meditating and chanting.
