Ingredients:
– 500g fusilli pasta
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 tablespoons curry powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Start by cooking the fusilli pasta according to the instructions on the packet, then set it aside.
2. Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
3. In a large skillet, heat up the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until softened and fragrant.
5. Add the curry powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the skillet and stir well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
6. Add the honey, soy sauce, and chicken broth to the skillet and stir well to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened and become glossy.
7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir well to coat it in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
8. Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the skillet and stir well to combine. Make sure the pasta is coated in the sauce and everything is heated through.
9. Serve your fusilli with caramelized sweet and spicy curry chicken hot, garnished with fresh parsley and !
