– 1 beef fillet (approximately 1.5 kg)
– 2 tbsp olive oil

14. Gradually add the slurry to the sauce while stirring continuously. This will help the sauce thicken further.
15. Once the beef fillet is cooked to your liking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for approximately 10 minutes.
16. Slice the beef fillet and serve with the spicy sauce on top.
