The New York Giants have been a staple in the NFL since their establishment in 1925. With eight NFL Championships to their name, including four Super Bowl wins, the Giants are a team with a long and storied history.

Jones will be aided by a strong group of weapons on offense, including running back Saquon Barkley and wide receiver Golden Tate. Barkley, the 2018 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, is one of the most talented running backs in the league. Tate, a veteran wide receiver, will bring his reliability and route-running ability to the Giants’ passing game.

On defense, the Giants have also made some key additions. The team signed cornerback James Bradberry to a three-year, $45 million contract in free agency. Bradberry, formerly of the Carolina Panthers, is a physical corner who excels in man-to-man coverage. In the draft, the Giants also selected talented defensive back Xavier McKinney in the second round.

Despite these positive changes, the Giants still have some questions to answer. The offensive line, which struggled mightily in 2019, will need to improve if Jones is to have success. The Giants also lack a true number one wide receiver, although the team is high on second-year wideout Darius Slayton.

The Giants’ schedule for the 2020 season is also challenging, with games against tough opponents like the San Francisco 49ers, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Baltimore Ravens. However, with their new coaching staff and promising young players, the Giants have reason to believe they can turn things around this season.

Ultimately, the success of the Giants in 2020 and beyond will depend on the ability of Judge and his coaching staff to instill a winning culture in New York. With an emphasis on fundamentals and hard work, and a talented young quarterback in Daniel Jones, the Giants have the potential to once again become a powerhouse in the NFL.
