The country’s friendly locals and their laid-back lifestyle made me feel instantly at home. New Zealand truly felt like a hidden gem that surpassed all expectations.

Last but not least, my adventure took me to the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The captivating energy of the city was infectious, as I danced to samba beats and watched the sunrise from the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue. Strolling along the Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, I soaked in the sun, sand, and surf that Rio is famous for. The city’s colorful street art, flavorful cuisine, and passionate locals made it an extraordinary destination.

As I look back on my time abroad last year, I can’t help but feel immense gratitude for the experiences I had and the memories I made. Traveling to different countries allowed me to push my boundaries, embrace new perspectives, and grow as an individual. From the captivating cities to the breathtaking landscapes, each destination had something unique to offer, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have seen it all.
