Step 1: Access the Facebook Publishing Tools
Before you begin scheduling your posts, you need to access the Facebook Publishing Tools. To do this, log in to your Facebook account and navigate to your business page.
- Click on the “Publishing Tools” tab located at the top of your page.
- Once you click on it, a drop-down menu will appear. Select “Scheduled Posts” from the options.
Step 2: Create a New Post
Now that you’re in the Scheduled Posts section, it’s time to create a new post. Click on the blue “Create” button located at the top right corner of the page.

Step 4: Set the Date and Time

- Once you select the date, a drop-down menu will appear to set the exact time. Scroll through the options and choose the appropriate time.
- After setting the date and time, click on the “Schedule” button.
Step 5: Review and Manage Scheduled Posts
After scheduling your post, it will appear in the list of scheduled posts in the Facebook Publishing Tools section. You can access and manage all your scheduled posts by clicking on the “Scheduled Posts” tab.
- To edit a scheduled post, click on the pencil icon beside it. You can change the caption, images, or scheduled time.
- If you want to delete a scheduled post, click on the “Delete” button beside it.
