Step 1: Launch Google Maps
First, make sure you have Google Maps installed on your iOS device. Open the app from your home screen, or download it from the App Store and sign in to your Google account.
Step 2: Search for Your Destination

After tapping on the “Download” button, you’ll be prompted to name your offline map. Enter a name that will help you identify the location easily in your saved maps list. Once you’ve entered the name, tap on the “Save” button.
Step 7: Access Your Offline Maps
Congratulations! You’ve successfully saved an offline map on your iOS device. To access your saved maps, go to the Google Maps app’s home screen and tap on your profile picture or initials, located in the top right corner of the screen. In the dropdown menu, select the “Offline Maps” option.
Step 8: Manage Your Offline Maps
Once you’re in the Offline Maps section, you’ll see a list of all the maps you have saved on your device. You can tap on any of them to view the map without an internet connection. Additionally, you can delete or update your offline maps by swiping left on the map and selecting the desired action.
