Step 1: Open Instagram
The first thing you’ll need to do is open the Instagram app on your mobile device. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
Step 2: Go to your profile
Tap on the profile icon located at the bottom right corner of your screen. This will take you to your Instagram profile.
Step 3: Find the multiple post
Scroll through your profile until you find the multiple post from which you want to remove a photo. Tap on the post to open it.
Step 4: Tap on the three-dot menu
In the top-right corner of the post, you’ll see a vertical three-dot menu icon. Tap on it to reveal more options.
Step 5: Select “Edit”
Among the options displayed, tap on “Edit”. This will allow you to make changes to the multiple post.
Step 6: Select the photo you want to remove
Once in Edit mode, you’ll see all the photos of the multiple post displayed separately. Find the photo you want to remove and tap on it to select it.
Step 7: Click on the trash can icon
In the top-right corner of the selected photo, you’ll see a trash can icon. Tap on it to remove the photo from the multiple post.
Step 8: Confirm the removal
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the removal of the photo. Tap on “Remove” to proceed.
Step 9: Adjust the post if needed
After removing the unwanted photo, you can make any additional edits or adjustments to the multiple post if desired.
Step 10: Tap on “Done”
Once you are satisfied with the changes, tap on “Done” located in the top-right corner of the screen to save the edited multiple post.
Step 11: Publish the changes
Now that you have removed the photo from the multiple post, you can simply tap on the “Share” button (represented by an airplane icon) to publish the changes and update the post on your Instagram profile.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully removed a photo from a multiple post on Instagram. Remember, once you remove a photo from a multiple post, it will no longer be visible within that post, but it will still remain in your camera roll.
If you want to re-include the removed photo in a separate post later on, you can always upload it again from your camera roll. Now go ahead and curate your Instagram feed with precision!
