Step 1: Prepare the Courgettes
Start by washing the courgettes thoroughly and cutting off both ends. Carefully slice them in half lengthwise, creating two boat-shaped pieces. Using a teaspoon, scoop out the inner flesh and seeds, creating a hollow cavity. Keep the flesh aside as it will be used later.
