Begin by locating and opening the Tinaba app on your device. The app icon is blue and white, with the letters “TA” in the center.
Step 2: Log In to Your Account
Once the app is open, enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your Tinaba account. If you have forgotten your password, you can follow the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it.
Step 3: Access Account Settings
Once logged in, tap on the user icon or your profile picture located in the top-right corner of the app screen. This will open a drop-down menu with various options.
Step 4: Select “Settings”
In the drop-down menu, locate and tap on the “Settings” option. This will take you to the Tinaba account settings page.
Step 5: Delete Account
On the account settings page, scroll down until you find the “Delete Account” option. Tap on it to initiate the account deletion process.
Step 6: Confirm Deletion
A pop-up message will appear, reminding you that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Read the message carefully and if you are certain about deleting your Tinaba account, tap on the “Confirm” or “Delete” button.
It’s important to note that deleting your Tinaba account will result in the loss of all your account data, including transaction history and settings. Make sure to export any important data before proceeding with the deletion.
Step 7: Account Deletion Complete
Once you confirm the deletion, the Tinaba app will process your request and delete your account. You will no longer have access to your Tinaba account or its features.
Remember, if you change your mind after deleting your Tinaba account, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
