Step 1: Open any Office Application
To begin, open any Office application such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. In this guide, we will use Microsoft Word for illustrative purposes.
- Click on the ‘Start’ button or search for ‘Microsoft Word’ in your taskbar to launch the application.
Step 2: Access the Options Menu
