One of the most well-known football teams listed on the stock exchange is Manchester United. The English Premier League club was first listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1991. However, in 2012, the Glazer family, who owns the majority shares, decided to move the listing to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Manchester United’s stock symbol is “MANU” on the NYSE.
2. Juventus
Another prominent football team listed on the stock exchange is Juventus, an Italian Serie A club. Juventus was first listed on the Borsa Italiana, the Italian stock exchange, in December 2001. Their stock symbol is “JUVE.”
3. Borussia Dortmund
Borussia Dortmund, a German Bundesliga club, is also listed on the stock exchange. They first went public in 2000 and are traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Borussia Dortmund’s stock symbol is “BVB.”
4. AS Roma
